T'way Air Offers 'Virtual' Overseas Travel via Clubhouse
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] T'way Air announced on the 22nd that it has planned a unique online overseas travel experience called "Banggu-seok In-flight Broadcast." This concept leverages Clubhouse's characteristic as a voice-based SNS.
Starting from 8:30 PM on the 22nd, T'way Air's "Banggu-seok In-flight Broadcast," available on Clubhouse, will feature actual flight and cabin crew members as "speakers."
The crew will deliver in-flight announcements identical to those on real international flights heading overseas, allowing listeners to enjoy the vivid atmosphere of the aircraft like ASMR.
After the in-flight broadcast, listeners can participate as speakers to order in-flight meals and products. Participants on this day will receive T'way Air goods and calendars, similar to those provided on event flights.
T'way Air, which has been actively communicating with customers through SNS, recently conducted real-time communication via Instagram Live in line with its Mega Early Bird promotion and the launch of non-landing sightseeing flights.
