130 Confirmed Cases in Seoul by 9 PM on the 20th... Increase of 15

From midnight to 9 p.m. on the 20th, Seoul reported 130 new COVID-19 cases over a 21-hour period, according to the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
Compared to the provisional tally for the same time frame, this is 15 more cases than the 115 reported on the 19th and 17 fewer than the 147 reported on the 13th, one week earlier. The total daily cases were 123 on the 19th and 152 on the 13th.
The daily new case count in Seoul remained below 200 from the 7th of last month until the 15th of this month, then surged to 258 on the 16th, before dropping back to the 100s range from the 17th to the 19th.
