Jeju Coast Guard Conducts Customized Teamwork Training
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters (Jeju) Reporter Hwang Jeongpil] The Jeju Coast Guard will conduct teamwork enhancement training from the 16th of this month to the 31st of next month, targeting 12 patrol vessels and 3 sub-stations, following the completion of the 2021 regular personnel appointments.
According to the Jeju Coast Guard, this teamwork enhancement training aims to familiarize newly transferred personnel and existing crew members with special missions, strengthen rescue capabilities, maintain a state of immediate readiness, and foster early teamwork formation. All personnel from all vessels and sub-stations under the Jeju Coast Guard will participate.
The training will be conducted as customized education and training according to the tonnage of each vessel and the characteristics of each sub-station's maritime area, with the purpose of perfectly preparing for maritime accidents and enhancing capabilities.
