Korean Air Praised as 2nd Place 'Best Cabin Crew' at US Awards
Korean Air recently ranked 2nd in both the 'Best Cabin Crew' and 'Best In-flight Meal' categories, and 3rd in the 'Best Business & First Class' category at the '2021 10Best Awards' hosted by USA Today.
View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Korean Air announced on the 16th that it recently ranked 2nd in both the ‘Best Cabin Crew’ and ‘Best In-flight Meal’ categories at the '2021 10 Best Awards' hosted by USA Today. It also placed 3rd in the ‘Best Business & First Class’ category.
Korean Air evaluated that its efforts to improve service quality received favorable reviews from locals.
The company operates training programs to provide the best cabin service and offers comfortable seats such as the First Class Kosmo Suite 2.0 along with abundant content.
They explained that they continuously upgrade services in customer convenience areas, including on-demand audio-video (AVOD) services and in-flight meals featuring various menus using seasonal ingredients.
Last year, Korean Air became the first domestic airline to obtain the Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) certification, certified by the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
Additionally, it was selected as a ‘5-Star Airline’ by Skytrax, the world’s most prestigious airline rating organization based in the UK. Last month, it also received the highest rating of ‘5 Stars’ for the fourth consecutive year in the ‘Official Airline Ratings’ evaluation by the US-based APEX.
