A Boseong County official stated, “The livestock sector supports rural economy as a major pillar due to its many and diverse livestock species and high income, but recently, due to increasing complaints about odor and vulnerability to diseases, the breeding environment is becoming more difficult, raising concerns about the declining motivation of livestock farmers.” He added, “At times like this, we ask for efforts to practice eco-friendly livestock farming and maintain a clean breeding environment so that livestock farming can be loved by the public.”
