SK Innovation stated, "Regarding the previously secured Ford and Volkswagen programs, a grace period of 4 years and 2 years respectively has been granted, allowing battery production and supply in the U.S.," and added, "The company plans to actively respond through the remaining lawsuits and related procedures to ensure there is no disruption in battery production within the U.S."
