Since February 7th, as schools in the area held graduation ceremonies online to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Mayor Ryu delivered congratulatory greetings through videos to support and encourage the students.
The congratulatory videos for each school's graduation ceremony are scheduled to continue until February 19th.
