On the 12th, a post titled "Please find my forcibly kidnapped son ***!" was uploaded on the Blue House National Petition Board.
The petitioner, Mr. A, claimed that the police who responded to a child abuse report forcibly separated the child due to the unclean state of the house.
Mr. A began by saying, "Is the Child Protection Agency allowed to forcibly kidnap and violate human rights at will? Do the police only trust what the Child Protection Agency says?" and added, "This is the story of our dual-income family and *** child (4 years old)."
He stated, "Based solely on an anonymous tip, the child was forcibly separated without parental consent," and "There were multiple reports (more than twice) to the Child Protection Agency, and one report was made to police 112 on the same day, January 29 (Friday)."
He continued, "However, after entering the house and taking photos, the child was forcibly separated not for 'child abuse' but for 'unclean cleaning conditions,'" and "The next day, the Uijeongbu District Court Goyang Branch issued a cruel temporary order (requested by prosecutor Sangwoo Yoo, ruled by judge Yubin Lee) prohibiting approach within 100 meters of the child at the protection facility until March 29."
Mr. A claimed that the police separated the child because they were renting a monthly lease after moving out of a jeonse house, the 37-year-old bathtub was not replaced by the landlord, causing rot, and they judged that the child was being bathed there, and that there was no food for the child in the refrigerator.
He explained, "I have never bathed the child in the bathtub," and "Since there is a 24-hour discount mart in front of the house, we frequently go there, so instead of storing food in the refrigerator, we have been feeding the child instant food."
Mr. A appealed, "If a child abuse charge is falsely imposed due to uncleanliness and results in forced kidnapping, any parent in the Republic of Korea could have their child taken away by the Child Protection Agency," and "I was so shocked and confused that I hired a lawyer through an acquaintance, but I still have not been able to visit my son."
