[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Seon-gap) is recruiting young job seekers to participate in the ‘2021 Gwangjin Youth Job Creation Project Utilizing Local Assets’ until the 18th.
The eligible participants are young job seekers aged between 18 and 39 who either reside in Gwangjin-gu or have graduated (or are expected to graduate) from a university (graduate school) located in the district.
The companies for employment are five local businesses participating in this project: Dongnechingu, Dongwoo CM, D-Wise, Little Song Music, and Ad Intelligence, each selecting one participant.
The working period is from March to December for 10 months, with a schedule of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The monthly salary is 2,236,720 KRW based on the 2021 Gwangjin-gu living wage, with deductions for the four major social insurances.
If the participant continues working after the employment period ends, they can receive support for labor costs and job development training expenses for up to 2 years.
Youth wishing to participate should select the company they want to work for among the five companies, complete the application form and self-introduction letter, and submit the documents either by visiting the Job Policy Division or via email.
The selection results will be announced on the 25th of this month after the first round of document screening and individual interviews with the preferred companies.
For details such as participating companies and recruitment fields, please refer to the announcement board on the Gwangjin-gu Office website or contact the Gwangjin-gu Job Policy Division.
