SME Distribution Center, Online Shopping Event for Lunar New Year with 15 E-commerce Companies
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Distribution Center (CEO Jeong Jin-su), an organization under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, announced on the 8th that it is conducting the 'Seol Holiday Small Business Online Shopping Mall Exhibition' together with 15 domestic e-commerce channel companies.
This exhibition is a project carried out by the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center in collaboration with major domestic online retailers such as Coupang, TMON, SSG.com, 11st, Interpark, and Oasis Market to support the expansion of online sales channels for small business owners. Since 2019, the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center has regularly held exhibitions to support online sales channels for small business owners, conducting 186 online exhibitions as of December last year.
This exhibition promotes and sells various excellent products from about 1,400 small business owners who applied for participation through the 'I'm Stars' website. Jeong Jin-su, CEO of the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center, stated, "Due to the high interest and positive response from small business owners, we plan to expand the scale of the event by increasing the number of participating companies and conducting various promotions and event exhibitions to actively develop practical sales channels for small business products."
