View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 5th that it conducted a one-person campaign activity to encourage residents' participation in reducing fine dust on the 27th of last month.
This campaign is being implemented in 22 cities and counties in Jeollanam-do in collaboration with the Yeongsangang River Basin Environmental Office and Jeollanam-do. Muan County promotes fine dust reduction with slogans such as "Walk for short distances, let's drive eco-friendly" at Muan International Airport and Bulmu Park in Muan-eup from December to March, when fine dust occurrence is high.

An official from the county stated, "The county is implementing various policies to minimize fine dust generation, such as operating the Carbon Point System, early scrapping of old diesel vehicles, and supporting emission reduction devices," and added, "We hope residents actively participate in reducing fine dust in their daily lives."
