[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Jung Yoon-mo, hereinafter referred to as Kibo) announced on the 5th that it will participate in the government-wide sharing campaign, the Seollal Good Gift Sharing Campaign, to help farmers, fishermen, and vulnerable groups who are struggling due to COVID-19.
The Seollal Good Gift Sharing Campaign was initiated by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission with the purpose of purchasing domestic agricultural, livestock, and fishery products as holiday gifts to support farmers and fishermen and share warmth with vulnerable groups.
To join the campaign, Kibo plans to purchase local agricultural, livestock, and fishery products at Cheoltuk Market, a sister market near its headquarters, using funds voluntarily raised by its executives and employees, and deliver them to vulnerable groups.
