[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Moon In) announced on the 31st that starting from the 1st of next month, it will operate the first-ever AI counselor 'KakaoTalk Civil Complaint Chatbot' in the Gwangju autonomous districts, providing 24-hour responses to district administration inquiries.
The newly introduced civil complaint chatbot service is linked with the existing KakaoTalk channel 'Gwangju Buk-gu Office,' offering various policies and lifestyle information, as well as answers to district administration inquiries, which is expected to greatly enhance resident convenience.
