The infection routes for these cases are three related to Gwangju case 1768, two related to Gwangju Andiok Church, one related to an adult arcade, one related to TCS Ace International School, and one with an unknown infection route.
The chain infection originating from Gwangju Andiok Church added cases 1784 and 1785 on this day, bringing the cumulative total close to 100. Facilities in Gwangju with over 100 confirmed cases include Gwangju TCS International School and Hyojeong Nursing Hospital.
Gwangju case 1787, confirmed from TCS Ace International School, tested positive in a pre-release quarantine test.
Infections from the adult arcade, which had 12 confirmed cases the previous day, continued with the addition of Gwangju case 1788 on this day.
Cases related to Gwangju case 1768 with unknown infection routes continue to occur. Following the previous day, one more case (Gwangju 1788) was reported on this day.
