According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on this day, the cold wave advisory was lifted at 11 a.m., and temperatures in most areas are expected to rise above freezing during the day, easing the cold.
There is a forecast of rain early next week.
On the 1st, the morning low temperature is expected to be between 0 and 9 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high between 7 and 13 degrees Celsius. On the 2nd and 3rd, morning temperatures nationwide are expected to range from -12 to 2 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures from -3 to 6 degrees Celsius, which is lower than the average.
From the 4th to the 9th, morning temperatures are expected to be between -7 and 7 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures between 3 and 14 degrees Celsius, which is warmer than usual.
