Changwon City, "We Will Make Every Effort to Support Small and Medium Enterprises"
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kang Sharon] Changwon City, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 29th that it will implement various policies to promote the sustainable growth and investment activation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) struggling due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
This year's policies include 89 projects across 11 fields such as corporate growth, labor rights, taxation, R&D, workforce development, jobs, capital investment, manufacturing innovation and technology development, startups, and exports. A total budget of 109 billion KRW will be invested.
The city holds an annual briefing session to inform about SME support policies, which will be conducted non-face-to-face from the 29th, providing support information through YouTube video briefings and e-book production.
The video briefing introduces five areas: capital and investment, corporate growth, workforce development, startups, and exports.
Additionally, to improve accessibility to the SME support guide, information will be conveniently available in e-book format.
