Cyber Housing Exhibition Hall Opens on the 29th
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] DL E&C (formerly Daelim Industrial) announced on the 29th the opening of the cyber housing exhibition hall for ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue,’ located in Block A28 of Yeongjong International City, Incheon. Due to the spread and prevention of COVID-19, the exhibition hall operates only online and can be viewed through the e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue website.
This complex is expected to increase in value with the groundbreaking of the Third Yeonryuk Bridge (Yeongjong~Cheongna, scheduled for completion in 2025). Compared to Songdo and Cheongna International City, it offers a reasonable sale price, allowing buyers to secure both a home and future value, thus attracting high expectations and interest from demanders.
It consists of 16 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 29, with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 98㎡, totaling 1,409 households.
