Starbucks Coffee Selected as 'Korea's 17th Coffee Ambassador'
Top Honors in Coffee Identification Test and Coffee Storytelling at the Selection Competition
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Starbucks Coffee Korea announced on the 28th that baristas Kim Seong-eun and Jeon Ju-i have been selected as this year’s Starbucks Korea Coffee Ambassadors.
Starbucks selects the most outstanding baristas with exceptional coffee knowledge and passion in each country annually through a Coffee Ambassador selection competition and appoints them as the ‘Starbucks Coffee Ambassador’ of that country.
During their one-year term, Starbucks Coffee Ambassadors represent Starbucks in their respective countries as coffee experts, spreading professional knowledge and experience and conducting educational activities. They are also given opportunities to grow as global coffee experts through exchanges with Starbucks coffee professionals worldwide.
