[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] KB Capital announced on the 26th that it is recruiting internship-to-employment linked interns who can be converted to full-time employees based on evaluation results after the internship period.
This internship is a recruitment-linked internship where outstanding talents can be converted to full-time employees after a 3-month work and evaluation process. A total of 14 people will be recruited in the IT and general sectors.
Application submissions, which will be accepted until February 3, will proceed in the order of artificial intelligence (AI) competency test, document screening, interview, and employment medical examination. Successful candidates will undergo a 3-month internship starting from mid-March this year, followed by evaluation and final hiring.
A KB Capital official said, "This recruitment introduced an AI competency test to ensure objectivity and fairness in hiring," and added, "We hope for the interest and applications of excellent talents who can lead future finance."
