The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "On this day, many places, especially in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, and Jeolla region, will have daytime high temperatures above 10 degrees Celsius," adding, "Temperatures will be higher than average mainly in the western regions including the Seoul metropolitan area."
The central regions (excluding Gangwon Yeongdong) and Jeolla region will be mostly clear, with increasing clouds from the afternoon.
Gangwon Yeongdong, Gyeongsang region, and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy.
However, the morning low temperatures will mostly fall below freezing inland, so attention to temperature differences is necessary.
The morning low temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 0°C △Chuncheon -3°C △Gangneung 2°C △Daejeon 1°C △Cheongju 0°C △Daegu 2°C △Gwangju 2°C △Jeonju 2°C △Busan 6°C △Jeju 9°C.
The daytime high temperatures are forecasted as △Seoul 12°C △Chuncheon 12°C △Gangneung 11°C △Daejeon 14°C △Cheongju 12°C △Daegu 12°C △Gwangju 15°C △Jeonju 14°C △Busan 13°C △Jeju 15°C.
Fine dust levels will be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "During the morning, dense fog with visibility below 200 meters will occur in most inland areas nationwide, and other areas may experience fog with visibility under 1 kilometer, so please be cautious for traffic safety."
