[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Green Package Solution, an eco-friendly new material packaging company (CEO An Seong-hoon), announced on the 22nd that it has signed a technology transfer agreement with the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation of Kyungpook National University.
Green Package Solution is developing differentiated industrial packaging by adding functionality such as moisture absorption prevention and special cooling packaging for food, as well as manufacturing industrial packaging that can replace plastic.
According to this agreement, Green Package Solution will conduct joint research on "eco-friendly new material development" with the research team of Professor Kwak Ki-seop from the Department of Polymer Engineering at Kyungpook National University, and will cooperate through mutual personnel exchange and regular seminars. Based on this, it is expected to play a leading role in the rapidly growing eco-friendly packaging market both domestically and internationally.
The company stated, "Through this contract, we will nurture customized talent in the field of eco-friendly new materials and strengthen our competitiveness as a specialized eco-friendly packaging company. Although many companies exist in the field of eco-friendly material development, Green Package Solution's technology has been proven superior to competitors, which led to the signing of this technology transfer agreement with the Kyungpook National University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation."
