Installed in LG Twin Towers Employee Rest Area
First in Korea to Obtain Robot Brewing Master Certification
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] LG Electronics announced on the 22nd that it recently introduced the 'LG CLOi Barista Bot,' which provides coffee to employees, at the LG Twin Towers in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
The LG CLOi Barista Bot recently obtained the country's first 'Robot Brewing Master' certification from the Korea Coffee Association. The Brewing Master is a private certification that evaluates the ability to understand coffee extraction tools and methods and to produce the optimal coffee.
With the Brewing Master certification, the Barista Bot was recognized for its ability to consistently deliver the unique taste and aroma of coffee beans and was installed in a dedicated rest area for LG Tower employees. LG Electronics stated, "We have secured reliability in taste, which is the essence of the food and beverage (F&B) business."
