The district surveyed the demand for de-icing agents by neighborhood to encourage residents to participate in "clearing snow in front of their homes and stores," and distributed 1,810 bags of 6kg and 960 bags of 25kg.
Each neighborhood community center stocked 25kg de-icing agents in de-icing boxes and calcium chloride storage boxes located on major side roads with heavy traffic, steep slopes, shaded areas, and other vulnerable locations.
Additionally, 6kg small bags were prepared for easy use and distributed to residents and merchants who requested them.
