"Get Legal and Tax Consultations by Phone"…Incheon City Transitions Citizen Consultation Center to Non-Face-to-Face Services
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon City announced on the 15th that it will convert the Citizen Counseling Center at City Hall, which has been operated face-to-face, to telephone counseling to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The center provides free consultations in specialized fields closely related to citizens' daily lives, such as legal, tax, and consumer issues.
Legal consultations are held every Tuesday from 2 PM to 4 PM, tax consultations on the second and fourth Wednesdays from 2 PM to 4 PM, and consumer consultations every Friday from 9 AM to noon. Each consultation is limited to within 15 minutes per citizen.
Reservations for telephone counseling can be made through the City Volunteer Division (032-440-2469), and lawyers, tax accountants, and consumer professional counselors will call the applicants to conduct the consultations.
