Subsequently, three vehicles following behind failed to notice the fallen Mr. A and caused successive accidents, ultimately resulting in Mr. A's death.
Among the drivers of these vehicles, a woman in her 20s got out of her car to check Mr. A's condition but was seriously injured after being hit by another car.
The accident occurred on a dark national road without a sidewalk, where the vehicles reportedly failed to see the pedestrian.
