103 New COVID-19 Cases in Seoul as of 6 PM

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that from midnight to 6 p.m. on the 14th, there were 103 newly confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in Seoul over an 18-hour period.
This is an increase of 8 cases compared to 111 cases reported during the same time frame on the previous day (the 13th).
Among the new confirmed cases in Seoul on this day, 5 were imported from overseas, and the remaining 98 were domestic infections.
Regarding cluster infections, 3 additional cases were confirmed at a religious facility located in Gwanak-gu, bringing the total number of related confirmed cases to 22. Additionally, there was 1 new confirmed case each related to the Dongbu Detention Center in Songpa-gu (cumulative 1,168 cases), a residential and nursing facility in Seongdong-gu (cumulative 19 cases), and a station located in Dongdaemun-gu (cumulative 12 cases).
Excluding cluster infections, 56 cases were contacts of other confirmed patients, 4 cases were contacts of confirmed patients from other cities or provinces, and 26 cases are currently under investigation for their infection routes.
