[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Naver Cloud is operating a program that provides collaboration solutions for free when purchasing Apple MacBook and iMac devices through monthly installment subscription plans.
On the 13th, Naver Cloud announced that it will launch the 'DaaS (Device as a Service) on NAVER WORKS' program in collaboration with Apple Korea and KB Kookmin Card to support untact work environments.
This program offers six types of Apple devices, including iMac and MacBook, with a subscription that includes the Naver Works Basic smart work solution free of charge for two years. Naver Works Basic includes messenger, email, cloud, and calendar services with video conferencing capabilities. It is a subscription service that allows installment payments for device costs through KB Kookmin Card's financing program. Technical support and after-sales services are provided through MacPlus, an authorized Apple Korea reseller.
Apple has partnered for the first time with a domestic collaboration service, combined with support from KB Kookmin Card, a leading domestic credit card company. This program can be utilized by enterprises, startups, and small and medium-sized businesses to build untact work environments. Companies wishing to use this program can apply for Apple product subscription services through MacPlus, an authorized Apple Korea reseller. KB Kookmin Card applies differentiated financing interest rates starting from 2.61% per annum based on the credit rating of the applying company.
