Blended Classes Take a Step Forward into Future Education
Gyeongnam Office of Education Conducts Training to Strengthen Competencies for Future-Oriented Blended Learning Classes
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Sharon] The Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education announced on the 12th that it will actively respond to changes in the educational environment caused by the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and train teaching experts who can lead blended learning classes.
Blended learning is the most necessary teaching method in environments where remote and in-person classes are conducted simultaneously to maximize students' learning effectiveness.
The office selects 30 elementary school teachers through regional recommendations and develops their capabilities as teaching experts through basic training courses, practical training in blended learning, and advanced training courses.
These teaching experts will participate in various support activities such as designing blended learning classes at schools, operating training sessions by region, and providing school consulting.
The basic training will be held from the 11th to the 15th.
