Naju-si to Recruit for 'Village Community Activity Support Project' Until the 22nd
[Naju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Naju City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Kang In-gyu) is recruiting candidates for the '2021 Jeollanam-do Village Community Activity Support Public Project' until the 22nd.
According to the Naju Public Interest Activity Support Center (Director So Young) on the 12th, this project is a village self-reliant support project where residents directly plan and participate in various community activities such as job creation to revitalize villages stagnated by low birth rates and aging populations.
The target projects include ▲ resource survey and discovery such as village origin and characteristics ▲ village planning establishment and brand project discovery, resident education ▲ projects that can contribute to village community revitalization such as promoting brand projects suitable for village characteristics.
The city plans to support 102 million won this year (30% provincial funds, 70% city funds) according to the community development stages.
The recruitment targets are divided by stages into 'Seed' (community of 5 or more people wishing to engage in community activities) - 'Sprout' (community of 10 or more people) - 'Fruit' (next stage after Sprout).
Applications can be submitted by any community or group of 5 or more residents living within Naju city.
The city provides customized consulting so that visitors to the center during the recruitment period can receive guidance on overall project matters such as individual and community project goals and planning.
The final project candidates will be selected on the 20th of next month after the first screening by Naju city and the final screening by Jeollanam-do.
