The office carried out the project by receiving special grants from the Ministry of Education to ensure the stable establishment of the curriculum.
Accordingly, they developed 'early childhood observation record materials' and 'parent curriculum understanding and play linkage materials,' reported on the outcomes, conducted research, and distributed related materials to kindergartens nationwide.
Additionally, the research and development team and the nationwide training support group led online training sessions for kindergarten teachers.
The office plans to continuously develop and distribute support methods for online play classes in kindergartens in the post-COVID-19 era, linked with the Gyeongnam-type future education support platform 'iTalkTalk.'
To enhance the efficiency of the play-centered curriculum, a future-oriented remote class model will be developed and piloted by selecting public and private kindergartens respectively.
Furthermore, teacher training will be continuously strengthened to solidify the revised curriculum and improve teachers' core competencies.
