From February 1 to April 30, 2021, for general and casual dining establishments under 200㎡
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Yangsan City in Gyeongnam announced on the 11th that it will provide free food waste collection for small restaurants in the area struggling due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) for three months starting February 1st.
The eligible establishments are general restaurants and rest restaurants under 200㎡, and during the free collection period, they can dispose of food waste in business-use food waste collection containers without attaching payment certificates.
With this support, 5,700 small restaurants in the area will be able to receive a total exemption of 80 million KRW in payment certificate fees.
