6 Confirmed Cases as of 2 PM on the 9th at Hyojeong Nursing Hospital and Others in Gwangju

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Six people in Gwangju have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 1,325.
According to Gwangju Metropolitan City as of 2 p.m. on the 9th, six additional cases were confirmed and newly registered as numbers 1320 to 1325.
Three are from Hyojeong Nursing Hospital, two are related to existing confirmed cases, and one has an unknown infection route.
Cases 1320 to 1322 are employees working on the second floor of Hyojeong Nursing Hospital.
Currently, Hyojeong Nursing Hospital conducts PCR tests every three days for all staff and inpatients, and on days without PCR tests, rapid antigen tests are performed.
The three confirmed cases on this day initially tested positive on rapid antigen tests and were subsequently confirmed positive after PCR testing.
Case 1323 is under investigation for the infection route, while case 1324 is related to Jeonbuk case 907, and case 1325 is related to Gwangju case 1235.
