[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] Bident announced on the 8th that "Nexon Group and Bident have not discussed or proceeded with the joint acquisition of management rights of Bithumb Korea (Bithumb)" in relation to the joint acquisition rumors of Bithumb management rights by Nexon Group and Bident.
The company stated, "We are aware that Chairman Lee Jung-hoon has appointed KPMG as the lead manager to promote the sale of Bithumb Holdings, and regarding this sale promotion, whether our disposal or additional acquisition of Bithumb Holdings shares is decided has not been confirmed."
