A company official stated, "After confirming some media reports, Chairman Lee Jung-hoon and individual shareholders have understood the sale details of Bithumb Holdings through KPMG," and added, "Bident plans to decide whether to sell its shares in Bithumb Holdings together in the future or to additionally acquire more shares."
