Former Jeonnam Provincial Assembly Member Kim Ki-tae Passes Away Due to Illness
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] Kim Ki-tae, a member of the Jeonnam Provincial Assembly (Democratic Party of Korea·Suncheon 1), passed away on the 8th due to worsening chronic illness. He was 67 years old.
The deceased served as a member of the 4th and 5th Suncheon City Council (re-elected), and after being elected to the 10th Jeonnam Provincial Assembly, he successfully secured re-election in the 11th in 2018.
He was active as a member of the Jeonnam Provincial Assembly's Health, Welfare, and Environment Committee and the Yeosu·Suncheon 10·19 Incident Special Committee, and served as the chairman of the Democratic Party Jeonnam Provincial Party's Political Reform Special Committee.
