According to the legal community on the 6th, the Criminal Division 1 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Byun Pil-geon) concluded on the 31st of last month that there was insufficient evidence to indict former lawmaker Na and her father, who were accused of breach of trust in the course of business.
Earlier, the People's Livelihood Economy Research Institute and the "National Movement Headquarters for Private School Reform and Eradication of Corruption" filed a complaint with the prosecution in November 2019 against former lawmaker Na and her father, chairman of the Hongshin Foundation.
