[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] The Korea International Trade Association (KITA) announced on the 7th that it has signed an 'Industry-Academic Cooperation Agreement (MOU) for Overseas Marketing Content Production for Small and Medium Enterprises' with three domestic universities?Konkuk University, Inha University, and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies?each with departments related to content.

Based on this MOU, the association will support content production such as product promotional videos for 60 companies listed on the B2B online trading platform tradeKorea and the overseas direct sales platform Kmall24.
The production and planning of the videos will be handled by a 'University Student Content Crew' composed of 30 university students?10 from each university?who are capable of video shooting and editing. They are scheduled to participate in this project for about three months starting in February. Depending on the results in the first half of the year, the association plans to consider expanding the number of participating universities and students in the second half.
Additionally, the association will support the development of university student content talents through a systematic curriculum that includes not only practical content production but also mentoring and in-depth company interviews.
