Deputy County Governor Cha, originally from Haman-gun, began his public service career in 1992 as a Grade 7 public official. He has held various positions including financial inspection officer in the Financial Inspection Team, audit officer in the Audit Office, and ethics officer in the Integrity and Ethics Department. He also served as Education Support Officer in the Planning and Coordination Office, Director of Education Policy in the Administrative Bureau, and Director of the Job Economy Division in the Job Economy Bureau before being appointed as Deputy County Governor this time.
Deputy County Governor Cha, known for his gentle personality and positive mindset, has earned strong trust within the organization. While serving as Director of the Job Economy Division during the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a significant role in job creation and revitalizing the local economy.
