PKF Seohyun Recruits Lee Seong-oh, 'Energy Expert' as Head of Division
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Ji-hwan] PKF Seohyun Accounting Corporation announced on the 4th that it has established an Energy Consulting Division this year and recruited Lee Sung-oh, former head of SK E&S Division, as the division head.
The new division head will be responsible for overseeing strategic consulting for energy companies, energy value chain consulting, energy transition advisory, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of energy companies, and cost verification.
He has worked as head of SK E&S LNG Business Division, CEO of Gangwon City Gas, Vice President in charge of Boseong Energy Business, and head of Hanyang Gas Business Group, among other roles, and has been an expert in gas, power generation, and renewable energy fields for over 35 years.
