Gwangju City Conducts Personnel Transfers for 40 Deputy Directors

In particular, in this personnel transfer, Kim Young-seon, a secretary with experience in policy planning and possessing both planning skills and communication capabilities, was appointed to the newly established Youth Policy Officer position directly under the Deputy Mayor to comprehensively and systematically oversee youth policies.
Additionally, Lee Seung-gyu, a secretary with strong city administration innovation capabilities and execution power, was assigned to the enhanced Smart City Officer position to oversee smart city projects utilizing advanced ICT technology. Shin Jae-wook, a technical secretary and expert in architecture, was promoted to Director of the Parks and Greenery Division to ensure continuity and smooth progress of private park special projects.

Gwangju City plans to conduct additional personnel changes on the 31st, including two level 3 promotions and a total of eight personnel changes for level 4 and above, and aims to complete personnel transfers for level 5 and below by January 18 next year.
