View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Professor Seo Min of Dankook University, co-author of the 'Black Book on Cho Kuk,' stated, "K-Quarantine is nothing more than a joint creation of the regime bastards who only speak up when it suits them and the hardcore Moon Jae-in supporters (Daekkaemun) who fawn over the regime."
On the 7th, Professor Seo posted a blog entry titled '[Reality Check] The Truth About K-Quarantine,' criticizing the government's measures against the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
He wrote, "Since they spent even 100 billion won on publicity to boast about it, other countries might have followed K-Quarantine, but unfortunately, no country has done so, so I am revealing the truth."

He added, "The reason why Asian countries, including ours, generally do well in quarantine is that the people actively cooperate with government policies," and explained, "Moreover, our country has doctors specialized in treating many patients."
He also said, "However, the Moon Jae-in administration attributed all these achievements to themselves, and the Daekkaemun praised Moon as if he were King Sejong. When the number of COVID-19 patients surged, even if the government distributed dining vouchers just before and insisted that daily life could resume, the spread of COVID-19 was ultimately due to selfish citizens."
He mentioned that the government and others "criticize countries that did better than us first," citing countries like Taiwan and New Zealand, which implemented strong quarantine and lockdown measures early on and achieved good results. They belittle these achievements by making excuses such as 'small population,' 'low population density,' or 'island nation.'
Professor Seo also claimed that the government is "inciting with numbers," arguing, "They incited by saying countries with fewer COVID-19 cases than us simply conducted fewer tests."

Regarding the case where 20 employees at a call center in Cheonan, Chungnam, were infected in a cluster, he said, "This indicates many mild or asymptomatic infections, and if more tests are conducted, more confirmed cases can be found."
He also said the government uses a "sour grapes strategy" when confronted with clear mistakes.
Professor Seo emphasized, "The only solution to ending COVID-19 is vaccines, so we must secure vaccines, but our country failed to do so because it was busy self-praising K-Quarantine. The government and Daekkaemun use the strategy of saying, 'Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are probably unsafe.'"
He continued, "They promote outdated achievements," pointing out, "Now that COVID-19 diagnostic kits are no longer in the spotlight, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety creates promotional materials claiming '70% of the world's diagnostic kits are Korean-made,' which is a lie."

He added, "If you lie too much, the line between truth and falsehood starts to blur, and eventually, you begin to believe your own lies. This is exactly the stage Moon Jae-in has reached."
