[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Cheil Worldwide conducted its regular executive personnel appointments on the 4th of 2021, promoting a total of eight executives, including one Vice President, one Senior Managing Director, and six Managing Directors.

In this executive appointment, Yoon Seok-jun, Head of Business Division 2, was promoted to Vice President. Vice President Yoon is recognized as an advertising marketing expert with a broad network and problem-solving skills, who has supported the business growth of various clients and led performance achievements.

Jin Woo-young, promoted to Senior Managing Director and Head of Latin America, has been responsible for Latin American business and has led the expansion of new businesses related to digital and retail marketing such as e-commerce. He is expected to strengthen global competitiveness in future business areas.

Cheil Worldwide stated that by promoting executives who have created results by pioneering various new businesses despite uncertain management conditions, they expect these leaders to drive innovation and challenges for business expansion and strengthening future business capabilities.

Additionally, to lead a new wave of change in the industry, they promoted promising talents who possess both performance achievement capabilities and adaptability to change, aiming to transform into a young and dynamic management team that can accelerate the company's innovation along with generational change.

Cheil Worldwide explained that in this appointment, for the fourth consecutive year, they appointed a female leader as a new executive specializing in retail marketing, thereby maintaining diversity in the composition of the management team.
