View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor Yoo Deok-yeol) announced on the 2nd that the International Lions Club District 354-C delivered boxes of ramen to neighbors in need.
At 10:30 a.m. that day, a delivery ceremony for 420 boxes of ramen (equivalent to 9.24 million KRW) was held in the mayor's office of Dongdaemun-gu, attended by Mayor Yoo Deok-yeol, International Lions Club District 354-C Governor Heo Jae-gap, and seven related personnel.
Since 2014, the International Lions Club District 354-C has donated a total of approximately 140 million KRW worth of sponsorship items to Dongdaemun-gu, including rice, kimchi, dentures, blood glucose monitors, and funds for helping neighbors.
In July, a club under the International Lions Club District 354-C signed an agreement to form one-on-one partnerships with all 14 neighborhoods of Dongdaemun-gu, providing customized services tailored to the welfare needs of low-income residents recommended by the neighborhood chiefs, spreading hope throughout the local community.
