[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] On Thursday, the 3rd, which is the day of the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT), the morning temperature will be similar to the average (-6 to 4 degrees Celsius) but 2 to 4 degrees lower than yesterday.
The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) stated, "Since the CSAT day is later than usual this year, most regions will experience subzero temperatures, making it cold. Additionally, the wind will blow slightly, causing the wind chill temperature to feel 1 to 3 degrees lower."
In the morning, the whole country will be mostly clear, but Chungnam and Jeolla provinces will have occasional clouds, and sporadic snow flurries or raindrops may fall along the Jeolla West Coast.
On this morning, most regions will have subzero temperatures, with inland Gyeonggi, Gangwon Yeongseo, northern Chungcheong, and northern inland Gyeongbuk dropping to around -5 degrees Celsius, making it cold.
Also, between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m., sporadic snow flurries or raindrops will fall along the Jeolla West Coast, and between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. the next day (the 4th), sporadic snow flurries (snow flurries in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island) or raindrops will fall in Jeju Island.
Expected precipitation amounts include 5 to 10 mm in Ulleungdo and Dokdo.
The morning low temperatures are expected to be △Seoul -2°C △Daejeon -2°C △Daegu 1°C △Busan 4°C △Jeonju 0°C △Gwangju 1°C △Cheongju -1°C △Chuncheon -5°C △Gangneung 3°C △Jeju 7°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 5°C.
The daytime high temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 4°C △Daejeon 7°C △Daegu 8°C △Busan 11°C △Jeonju 7°C △Gwangju 8°C △Cheongju 6°C △Chuncheon 5°C △Gangneung 9°C △Jeju 11°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 8°C.
