President Moon encourages students taking the December CSAT amid the COVID-19 situation
[Asia Economy Reporter Son Sun-hee] President Moon Jae-in encouraged students on December 2, a day before the 2021 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT), saying, "You have endured a difficult year and are taking the exam in December, unlike previous years. To all examinees, you have worked hard. I am proud and impressed."
On the same day, through social networking services (SNS), President Moon wrote, "Preparing for the CSAT alone is tough, and taking the exam amid the COVID-19 situation makes it even harder and more worrisome. I feel sorry and sympathetic. I want to wrap you in a warm scarf."
Addressing the examinees, President Moon said, "I hope you hold in your hearts the love of your parents who embraced and supported you, and the teachers who taught and comforted you. You are already shining beings, and even brighter days will come."
