BTS and Eco-Friendly Energy Included... 10 New Stocks Added to KOSPI 200
Kakao Games, Soulbrain, and Others Included in KOSDAQ150
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Big Hit Entertainment, the agency of BTS, along with eco-friendly energy-related stocks such as CS Wind and Doosan Fuel Cell, and Shinpoong Pharmaceutical, will be included in the KOSPI 200, the representative index of the domestic stock market.
The Korea Exchange announced on the 25th that it will regularly change the components of the KOSPI 200, KOSDAQ 150, and KRX 300 indices.
Accordingly, in addition to these three stocks, a total of 10 stocks including Daewoong, Samyang Foods, Namsun Aluminum, Zinus, Kiwoom Securities, and Hanwha Systems will be newly included in the KOSPI 200 in this regular change. On the other hand, 10 stocks such as Dong-A Socio Holdings, SeAH Besteel, and Lotte Foods were excluded.
Seventeen stocks including Kakao Games, Lemon, and Soulbrain were newly listed in the KOSDAQ 150. Taekwang, Vatech, CJ Freshway, and Modetour were removed.
Thirty-three stocks including Pulmuone, Namsun Aluminum, and SK D&D were newly included in the KRX 300. Big Hit, Doosan Fuel Cell, Kakao Games, and Hanwha Systems, which were included in the KOSPI 200 and KOSDAQ 150, were also listed in the KRX 300. Hyundai Construction Equipment, KH Vatech, Jeju Air, Green Cross Cell, and Meritz Financial Group were excluded.
