[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) will supply 101 units of Happy Housing in Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon-gu, at 60-80% of the surrounding market price to university students, young adults, newlyweds, and the elderly.
SH Corporation announced on the 23rd that it has completed 'Sinjeong Park Shine' Happy Housing in Sinjeong-dong (163-36), Yangcheon-gu, to stabilize housing for young adults and newlyweds, and will begin move-in from November 30.
'Sinjeong Park Shine' is a building with one basement floor and eight above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 7,918㎡. Yangcheon-gu Office Station on Subway Line 2 is located nearby. There are 40 units of 26㎡ (exclusive area), 14 units of 36㎡, and 47 units of 41㎡. Among the total 101 units, the largest allocation of 61 units is assigned to newlyweds. Twenty units are supplied to young adults, and 10 units each are supplied to the elderly and housing benefit recipients.
The first floor operates convenience facilities such as a communal laundry room and a public daycare center that gives priority admission to residents. The central courtyard features a children's playground and resident exercise facilities for convenient use by residents.
Utilizing the building's characteristics, a community square was created on the 4th floor, and a resting shelter was placed on the 2nd floor. Nearby are Galsan Park, Anyangcheon Stream, and small parks.

'Sinjeong Park Shine' announced the winners on the 4th through the resident recruitment notice issued last June. It recorded a subscription competition rate of up to 22.8 to 1 by type. Move-in will begin from the 30th through contract signing from November 18 to 24. Although the original move-in date was planned for the end of December, SH Corporation stated that the move-in start date was advanced by about a month to reduce inconvenience to residents caused by moving in the middle of winter.
