According to Gwangju Metropolitan City on the 18th, 7 additional COVID-19 cases were confirmed overnight, classified as cases 581 to 587 in the region.
Five are related to Jeonnam National University Hospital, one had contact with a Jeonnam confirmed case, and one is related to Sangmu Room Soju Bar.
Cases 581 to 585 have been confirmed to be connected to Jeonnam National University Hospital. Case 581 tested positive during a diagnostic test conducted after symptoms appeared while in self-quarantine.
