Classys Q3 Revenue 19.6 Billion KRW... "Global Cumulative Sales Surpass 6,000 Units"
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Classys announced on the 16th that its sales in the third quarter increased by 34% compared to the previous quarter, reaching 19.6 billion KRW.
The company explained that as lockdown measures in each country eased due to the global spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), trade resumed, and both equipment and consumables significantly recovered in the export sector, driving the performance. Operating profit was 11.9 billion KRW, with an operating profit margin of 61%. As sales recovered, the cost ratio decreased, and efficient management activities maintained a stable trend in selling and administrative expenses.
The company representative stated, “Shurink (overseas name Ultraformer III) is becoming a famous brand overseas as well as gaining popularity domestically in Korea, spreading as a global trend. The cumulative domestic sales of Shurink have surpassed 3,000 units, and overseas sales have also exceeded 3,000 units, with active consumable usage in major countries such as Brazil, Japan, and Russia.”
