GS Construction Signs Operation Consignment Contract for Seoul~Munsan Expressway Worth 195.4 Billion KRW
[Asia Economy Reporter Geum Bo-ryeong] GS Engineering & Construction announced on the 5th that it has signed a management and operation consignment contract for the Seoul-Munsan Expressway private investment project with Seoul-Munsan Expressway Co., Ltd. worth 195.4435 billion KRW.
The contract amount is 1.88% of the consolidated sales as of the end of last year.
The contract end date is November 6, 2050.

GS Engineering & Construction stated, "The contract amount is exclusive of value-added tax (VAT) and corresponds to 50% of GS Engineering & Construction's construction contract amount out of the total contract amount of 390.9 billion KRW," adding, "The remaining 50% was contracted for management and operation consignment by its subsidiary, Jaye S&D."
